  • Aftermarket Support

    In addition to warranty support on a project-by-project basis, RG and BR Projects (Pty) Ltd can offer continued operational maintenance on an ongoing basis.

  • Calibration & Commissioning

    Calibration and systematic commissioning of equipment and systems following completion of erection. This ensures optimal operation of the site using state-of-the-art test and calibration equipment operated by highly specialized technicians.

  • Installation

    Physical installation of the electrical and instrumentation systems associated with the site. Management of skilled and unskilled labour (both permanent and temporary) according to sequential installation plan.

  • Material Supply

    Purchasing and inspection service of client procured items (generally the larger pieces of equipment). Procurement of bulk order material and miscellaneous items such as cable, steelwork, racking, light fittings and instrument tubing which form a significant part of the installation.

  • Construction Management

    Monitors and executes the complete construction process in a safe manner to ensure minimal operational disruptions. Planning, organising, controlling, and monitoring schedule, quality, and cost as a part of the construction process. Identifying risks and taking corrective action where the schedule, quality, and cost are not compromised.
